3 days agoEddie was such a great person to deal with after my car accident.he helped me choose a car and took his time explaining everything.he also put sold on the car and waited till my insurance went through on my other car If you want a genuine person to help you pick a car for you I would highly recommend Starline car yard

11 months agoHad the privilege of visiting Starline Autos today and never before have I had better service when looking for a car. Not only did the staff treat my family and myself the best way possible, they helped me choose the perfect vehicle and at the best price too, but what I was mostly pleased with was his complete honesty, I highly recommend Starline to anyone who is looking for any type of vehicle, extremely happy with my experience today, and wish it upon others too.

1 year agoHi I bought a 2007 Subaru Sports model from Starline and had to drive it 660km the next day back to the New England area. The car dealt beautifully when climbing the Barrington tops. I also had no problem in the three hours of Sydney traffic that I had to negotiate before getting onto Thunderbolts way. Eddie was very honest and what was advertised is what I bought. I am having some minor work done like the left hand window electronics needs to be looked at - things you would expect in a 16 year old car. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Starline. Proved a good find for me

3 years agoMy partner and I purchased our first car from Starline Autos. We had been searching for some time for the right car and were very hesitant at first as this was all new to us. Eddie was super helpful, genuine and easy to deal with which made us feel confident in making a purchase - and the ability to add on a 3 year warranty gave us even more security. On top of that, Eddie actually found us the PERFECT car at a great price! Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

4 years agoWe brought our daughters first car from Eddie at Starline Autos in August 2021 during the Covid lockdown. This was the first time we have brought a car without physically seeing it or driving it. I cannot fault Eddie's professionalism and assistance through the whole process even in follow-up once the car arrived. I would (and do) happily recommend Starline Autos.

He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in proceeding with transaction .And the car that turned up was exactly as described and we are satisfied with it I would recommend anyone that is interested purchasing a vehicle to give him a ring and have a chat, as in my experience he was genuine and straight talking . i wish him all the best .

6 years agoHonest and reliable in dealings, car was what was promised, i viewed the car online and then flew to Sydney to view it, Eddie was very helpful, replacing a front Tyre and getting a roadworthy certificate for me, i purchased the car and drove it back to the Gold Coast.. Very happy , would recommend him again.

6 years agoEasy to talk to and listened to what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Price of car fair and am happy with how things going. Eddie was up front with everything and I could not complain.. thank you for my car and being helpful which wasn't the case at a few other car yards. I will be sending my friends to see you when they need a car
6 years agoBought my wife a mazda3 from this dealer two weeks later I had a minor electrical problem and the issue was sorted out at my convenience, very happy with how it was dealt with.
6 years agoI recently purchased a 2004 Holden Cruze from Starline Autos. The process was very easy and Eddie was very helpful. Within 3 weeks the battery died. I contacted Eddie and he gave me a replacement so that I did not have to purchase another one. I was very impressed by his willingness to help me. My experience has been nothing but positive and am surprised by some of the bad reviews, but they seem to be for the previous management, not the current owner.
